We explore biological systems by developing and deploying algorithms aimed to forecast cell behaviour with an accuracy similar to that of weather or aircraft models. Our focus is on studying cell signaling in cancer. Cell signaling networks are the foundation of cell fate and behaviour and their aberrant activity is a key mechanism underlying the pathological behavior of cells during tumor development.
